Michael Bassett

Michael Bassett is an Associate Attorney at Harrison Kristopher, LLP, where he brings a unique combination of legal expertise and hands-on experience to his practice. Before joining the California Bar, Mr. Bassett served as a Senior Paralegal at the firm, gaining invaluable insight into the firm’s client-centered approach and collaborative culture.

Mr. Bassett’s legal career began in Sacramento, where he worked as a paralegal and law clerk for several personal injury firms. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of personal injury litigation from the ground up, allowing him to anticipate client needs and navigate complex legal challenges with practical efficiency.

Before pursuing law, Mr. Bassett played basketball at the collegiate level overseas in the United Kingdom, where he also earned his Master’s degree. His athletic background instilled in him the discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive that he brings to advocating for his clients today.
Mr. Bassett earned his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento and is admitted to practice in both the State and Federal Courts in California. He is committed to providing responsive, strategic representation while building lasting relationships with the clients he serves.

Outside the office, Mr. Bassett enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
