Bryan Harrison

Bryan Harrison is an equity partner at Harrison | Kristopher, LLP, where he maintains an exclusive practice representing individuals and families in matters involving catastrophic personal injury and civil rights violations. He is widely regarded among peers as a principled and formidable advocate — one whose meticulous preparation, command of trial strategy, and steadfast commitment to his clients have defined a career built entirely in service of the plaintiff’s bar.

A graduate of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) Plaintiff Trial Academy, Bryan approaches the practice of law with the discipline of a lifelong student of the craft. He pursues continued education in advanced trial advocacy, witness examination, and jury communication, and is respected throughout the legal community for the professionalism and rigor he brings to every matter he handles.

Bryan’s litigation practice is informed by a distinctive breadth of experience. Prior to co-founding Harrison | Kristopher, LLP, he practiced in insurance defense, developing a thorough understanding of how carriers assess exposure, construct defenses, and approach trial. That foundation now serves as a strategic asset — enabling him to anticipate opposing tactics with precision and advocate for his clients with the insight that only comes from having worked on both sides of complex civil litigation.

Bryan’s professional contributions have been recognized through a number of distinctions over the course of his career. In 2017, he received the Lawyers of Distinction – Rising Star Award. Earlier, he was honored by the Sacramento Observer with its “30 Under 30 Achievement Award” in recognition of his service and leadership within the Sacramento community.

He maintains active membership in the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the Contra Costa County Bar Association, the Charles Houston Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

A native of Vallejo, California, Bryan earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and History, with a minor in Pre-Law, from the University of California, Davis, where he also competed as a member of the university’s intercollegiate football program and received recognition for both his academic and athletic performance. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from John F. Kennedy University College of Law, where he was a consistent honoree on the Dean’s List.

Outside of the courtroom, he is a devoted father whose personal interests include a deep appreciation for history and aviation.
